Choosing the right place for your pet's stay is an important decision, and we welcome you to visit us before booking. Facility viewings are available by appointment on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 10:15am, giving you the opportunity to take a look around, meet our team, and see where your pet will be staying.

To provide the calmest possible environment for our guests, we carefully manage access to our property throughout the day. While we have designated client hours for arrivals, departures, and enquiries, our gates are opened only when a client is scheduled to attend during these allocated times. If there are no bookings scheduled within a time period, our gates will remain closed while our team continues caring for the pets staying with us.

This approach helps us minimise interruptions, maintain consistent routines, and ensure our full attention remains on the comfort and wellbeing of the animals in our care.

Client opening hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:30am–10:00am  &  4:00pm–5:00pm
Saturday:  8:30am–10:00am
Sunday:  4:00pm–5:00pm
